CBRE adds to office agency team

CBRE graduate surveyor Michelle Rothwell has joined the office agency department after completing her two-year training cycle.

Rothwell joined CBRE in 2010 and has gained experience working in valuation, lease consultancy and property management before being offered a place within office agency. Before CBRE she had placements at DTZ, Hynes & Co and Bailey Deakin & Hamilton.

She joins the offices team headed by John Ogden, managing director of CBRE's Manchester office, associate director Alex Russell, Kirsty Littleford and Nick Nelson, both senior surveyors.

Russell said: "It's fantastic to recruit such strong talent from within the CBRE programme. Michelle is a valuable addition to the team and already a recognised face within the sector. We're very happy to have her on board."

Rothwell added: "I'm very pleased to have completed my training while at CBRE and to have been offered a full time position with such a dynamic and successful team. 2012 has been a strong year for CBRE office agency across the North West, and I'm looking forward to contributing to the further growth of the team's offering."
