Catalyst reacts well for St Modwen

St Modwen's Catalyst Trade Park in Widnes is now fully occupied following the letting of the remaining two units at the site.

Appletons Commercial Engineering agreed a three-year lease on 7,000 sq ft unit plus storage land at an annual rent of £29,000.

May Gurney, a construction contractor, has an agreement to rent 0.25 of an acre for five years at £4,000 a year.

Catalyst Trade Park totals 184,711 sq ft comprising 11 units and is part of the 20-acre Catalyst Business Park which has been developed over the past eight years.

Alastair Budd, St Modwen's asset manager, said: "Catalyst has been a successful estate where we have been able to accommodate tenants who require smaller industrial units on flexible terms."
