Carter Jonas opens in Warrington

The national property consultancy has opened an office in Wilderspool Park and made three appointments to enhance its Northern presence.

Carter Jonas took 1,000 sq ft in the Bruntwood’s Whitehouse building as a result of the growth of its infrastructure and energy offering.

Jacquie Critchley joined the team as an associate partner. She was previously associate partner at Gillespies and was also previously a consents manager on a project for Scottish Power.

Kate Mason was appointed as an associate from her role at HS2 where she was a senior utilities manager. She is a member of RICS and has worked mainly in the infrastructure and utility sectors. Mason will be working for Carter Jonas as the regional North West lead on schemes including Highways England’s regional property management portfolio.

Jordan Brandon joined on a graduate scheme.

Jane Barlow, associate partner at Carter Jonas, said: “We have been developing existing and new work streams in the North West for some time and are delighted to be bringing the skills and experience of key staff members into a dynamic office location. This will enable us to further enhance our services to clients across the region.”
