Carrick exits Knight Frank to go solo

Knight Frank’s Manchester head of investment Steve Carrick is due to leave the agency at the end of this month, in order to set up his own consultancy.

Carrick has worked in the capital markets team of Knight Frank for almost a decade, prior to which he held roles at JLL and CBRE.

His new company, Carrick Real Estate, will provide investment agency services across the North West, from an office in Manchester city centre.

It is not yet known whether Knight Frank has recruited a replacement for Carrick. Other members of the capital markets team in Manchester include associate Tom Dawson and senior surveyor Mike Pochin.

All parties declined or were unavailable to comment this morning.
