Carlisle Renaissance, the economic development agency, is recruiting a programme manager and marketing and communications manager.
The new agency, headed by Ian McNichol, recently appointed its first board and passed a three-year business plan, supported by the North West Development Agency, Carlisle City Council and Cumbria Vision.
Carlisle Renaissance will oversee delivery of city centre development schemes such as the new University of Cumbria campus on Caldew Riverside.
The programme manager will receive a salary of up to £39,345, and the marketing and communications manager £36,730.
