Carillion Developments has reported three lettings at Oaklands Office Park in Hooton, Cheshire.
Alexander Eccles & Co has acquired 1,000 sq ft, Camps Solicitors 4,250 sq ft and Click Consult 3,200 sq ft.
Oaklands Office Park comprises seven self-contained properties on Hooton Road to rent or purchase.
Legat Owen and Edwards & Co represented Carillion Developments and Camps & Co Solicitors was represented by CB Richard Ellis. Alexander Eccles and Click Consult were unrepresented.
