Carbon reduction commitment on agenda

Hill Dickinson has announced details of the latest in a series of breakfast seminars providing updates on essential property law.

Ralph Bullivant, partner, will look at the impact of reforms to the Landlord & Tenant Act, as well as traps that may arise from the changes, recent cases and insolvency issues.

Bill Chandler, also real estate partner at Hill Dickinson, will look at the carbon reduction commitment regulations that are due to come in to force in April 2010.

He will outline the commitment's parameters and powers and how it is intended to work for owner-occupiers, landlords and tenants.

The seminar will be held on 17 November at Lancashire County Cricket Club, Manchester and 24 November at the company's office at St Paul's Square, Liverpool.

  • The events start at 8.30am and are due to wrap up by 11am. Contact Karen Lowles on 0151 600 8762 or Karen.lowles@hilldickinson.com to request a place.
