Capital Stores moves into Centenary Park

Online retailer Capital Stores has taken a five year lease on the 25,990 sq ft Unit 10 at the Duchy of Lancaster's Centenary Park site in Trafford Park, Manchester.

The letting at £5 a sq/ft was secured on behalf of the duchy, the Queen's private estate, by Colliers International.

Capital Stores provides equipment for caravans and motorhomes, including televisions and satellite navigation systems, and also marine electronics, fishing equipment and products for home and garden, sport and leisure and offices.

The letting was secured jointly by Andy Backhouse, associate director, logistics and industrial at the Manchester office of Colliers International, and Martin O'Rourke of Riddell TPS, on behalf of the Duchy of Lancaster.
