The developer has appointed Barnfield Construction to build 20,500 sq ft of office and warehouse accommodation in Abbey Street, Birkenhead.
The six units designed by SixTwo Architects will be available for small-to-medium sized enterprises within the offshore wind sector.
Capital & Centric purchased the 1.5-acre site from Wirral Council in December 2014 following a development competition.
The scheme is on site and due to complete in late summer 2015.
The Regional Growth Fund provided gap funding of around £900,000.
Michelle Rothwell, development manager at Capital & Centric, said: "We're now on site with our third new scheme in 2015, and our sixth live construction site which takes Capital & Centric's construction spend to £1m a week. The uniquely designed units are also super energy efficient. The scheme includes transparent roof panels meaning that no internal lighting will be required during the day which will create huge savings to tenant running costs."
Smith & Sons and CBRE have been appointed to market the units.
