Capita commits to PRS growth with Select hire

Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure has appointed David Teague, formerly projects director at Select Property Group, to lead its build-to-rent residential development team across the North and Midlands.

Teague will be based in Capita’s Manchester office.

His experience at Select, and previously Great Places Housing Group, means that he has managed a portfolio of high quality residential apartments, build-to-rent units and student accommodation across Manchester and the UK.

His Manchester development experience includes projects at the Hacienda, Green Quarter and No1 Deansgate, and he was instrumental in the roll out of new brands for Select.

Teague said: “I am excited to join Capita’s team, which has always been at the forefront of the build-to-rent sector. I believe that I can bring tangible added value to Capita’s clients from my background as a client, developer, project manager and builder.”
