Canning O’Neill fills office agency void

Office agent John Nash has joined Manchester-based independent surveying practice Canning O'Neill from Bruntwood as associate director.

Nash spent two-and-a-half-years marketing Bruntwood's serviced offices. Prior to that, he founded Offices Up Northa, an online office agency and also worked at Abbey Business Centres.

Nash replaces Chris Reay who left to join MEPC Birchwood Park at the start of the summer, joining former Bruntwood head of sales Andrew Cowell.

Meanwhile, Canning O'Neill has announced the promotion of Mandy Mills to lettings manager.

Conrad O'Neill, director, said: "John brings with him a wealth of experience in office property marketing, together with excellent customer service skills. Mandy has established herself as a highly valued and integral part of the Canning O'Neill team and is already flourishing in her new, expanded role.

"We believe that John's appointment and Mandy's promotion enhance the already strong service provided by Canning O'Neill and we are well placed and very excited about the future as the office market continues its' recovery."
