Canmoor signs distributor in Warrington

Canmoor has secured an 18,664 sq ft letting at Eagle Park in Warrington with Primeline Distribution on a five-year lease at £5.25/sq ft.
Eagle Park is located close to Junction 9 of the M62 and within a few minutes of Alpen Retail Park.
Rick Davies, partner at Davies Harrison, joint letting agent on the scheme, said: "We have been actively involved in the development and continued success of Eagle Park since it was first constructed 10 years ago and it has always attracted strong interest from local, regional and national occupiers due to its excellent location and links to the regional motorway network."
