Campus Living takes space at Quay West

Campus Living Villages has agreed a nine-year lease on 2,600 sq ft of office space on the eighth floor of Peel's Quay West building at MediaCityUK.

The company owns and manages student accommodation and communities with 35,000 customers worldwide.

Rob Moyle, chief operating officer at CLV UK, said: "CLV is a rapidly expanding business in the UK.

"With a strong development pipeline across the country, Quay West provided a good base for a regional office to support our London team and to continue delivering innovative student accommodation solutions across the UK."
