Caddick has started construction work on four speculative industrial sheds in St Helens for client Network Space.
The contractor is building the four detached units, which range from 18,500 sq ft to 26,350 sq ft, at Network Space’s Mere Grange development on the A570 in St Helens.
The 31-acre site already includes office units ranging between 2,000 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft.
Construction work is due to complete in June 2018.
Stephen Arnold, head of property at Network Space said: “There is a shortage of supply of good quality industrial accommodation across the region and we believe that the timing is right to bring forward this scheme. This project also underlines our confidence in St Helens as a location.”
CBRE and B8 Real Estate are the retained agents for Network Space.
