Caddick expands North West office
Taking a three-year lease, Caddick Construction has relocated its North West office to Trident Business Park to support delivering projects in the region including Moda’s £154m Angel Gardens.
Caddick has taken 3,300 sq ft at Trident to house 31 staff. The company first established its team in Warrington at Olympic Park in 2015 with just two members of staff, and over the past three years the North West business has secured 14 contracts worth a total of £56m.
The company also earlier this year took on the £154m Angel Gardens from collapsed contractor Carillion, and will oversee the delivery of the 35-storey private-rented project for sister company Moda.
Ian Threadgold, who has been head of Caddick Construction’s North West office since its inception, said: ‘The last three years have been a huge success for Caddick in the North West.
“We’ve won contracts for high profile projects such as Liverpool Shopping Park, Q110 in Crewe and the Great Homer Street redevelopment in Liverpool.
“We have taken on a number of very talented people to manage this workload. The new premises will be a fantastic foundation on which to build further growth.”
Caddick Group is headquartered in Wetherby in Yorkshire, and reported a turnover of £152.4m and a pre-tax profit of £8.2m in its most recent full-year results.
