Buyers sought for 15-acre Warrington site

Potential purchasers and purchase partners are being sought to redevelop a 15-acre brownfield site in Warrington.

Agent Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed by United Utilities Property Solutions to market the property to those interested in transforming the land, which is located off Forrest Way in Sankey Bridges, located to the south west of the town centre.

The site has planning consent for employment uses of up to 250,000 sq ft, and offers are invited by September 2008, in the hope that a sale can be achieved by the end of the year.

Colin Chivers, director from Jones Lang LaSalle's Manchester office, said: "This is a rare opportunity to acquire a site in Warrington which is capable of redevelopment in a short timescale. It has the potential for a developer to create a new environment and comprehensive employment use park and will no doubt suit occupiers of small to medium size units."
