Bury industrial park nearly full

Letting agent Nolan Redshaw has secured deals on four units with a further two under offer at Bury council's Bradley Court, leaving only one unit available.

Bradley Court is part of Bradley Fold Trading Estate in Bury and comprises 21,800 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space.

Units totalling 11,800 sq ft have been taken by Chubb Products, Bartons Bakery, Mayfran UK and Axis Sheet Metal at the park, off the A58 Bury Road. Quoting rent is £5.50/sq ft.

The deals mean that only one unit measuring 5,000 sq ft remains available at the site.
