Indian street food and craft beer restaurant group Bundobust has opened its Liverpool site.
Bundobust secured a ten-year lease on its 4,000 sq ft Bold Street premises on Bold Street with advice from law firm Gordons.
Having started as a street food concept in Bradford, Bundobust’s first restaurant opened on Mill Hill in Leeds in 2014, followed by its basement venue on Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester in 2016.
Pure Design Consultancy worked with the business on its 5,300 sq ft Liverpool venue, which jonis other food and drink operators at the Link 19 building.
Co-founder Mark Husak said: “We have got off to a great start in Liverpool and been welcomed with open arms. We are going to continue raising our profile within Liverpool and beyond, and look forward to welcoming many new customers to our restaurant.”
Gordons partner Simon Mydlowski added: “Bundobust has a distinct offering which appeals to modern diners’ demand for casual, fast and fresh food. Mark and Mayur have built the Bundobust brand from scratch and undertake deep research into customers, suppliers, produce and locations to ensure they are constantly evolving the business.”
