Energy product and services provider Bryden Capital has purchased a 12,000 sq ft warehouse with two-storey office accommodation at Boundary Industrial Estate for £710,000.
The firm has purchased Unit 1 on a 150-year ground lease at £5/pa. It is located off Bury New Road, three miles from Bolton town centre and five miles from Bury town centre.
Other companies on the industrial site include George Hill Timber Supplies, The Awning Company, and Diamond Logistics.
The unit was previously occupied as a place of worship by Kings Church, which meant it was exempt from rates. This will be re-assessed upon its re-occupation.
