Bruntwood sticks with serviced offices

Bruntwood has refurbished 9,500 sq ft on the sixth floor at The Plaza in Liverpool's business district as serviced offices after the Home Office vacated the space.

The Plaza now has serviced offices on two floors alongside 12 floors of conventional office space and ground floor meeting rooms.

The Home Office occupied half of the sixth floor to work on a temporary contract and vacated once that contract came to an end. The space has been relaunched as 86 serviced office workstations.

Andrew Butterworth, Bruntwood's sales director, said: "Despite the fact that we added an additional floor last year demand for our serviced offices has always been strong within The Plaza."

Bruntwood's serviced office portfolio currently has 2,000 desks across 12 buildings in Manchester, Knutsford, Cheadle, Warrington, Altrincham, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.

DTZ is letting agent on the Plaza.
