Bruntwood signs web firm on Oxford Street

Technology consultants, Building Blocks, has taken a lease on 3,902 sq ft at Bruntwood's 61 Oxford Street in Manchester city centre.

Building Blocks' office will have its own frontage on Portland Street and is currently undergoing fit-out, including a mezzanine floor, atrium-style glass ceiling and a 'chill out' area.

Jonathan Whiteside, director of Building Blocks, commented: "61 Oxford Street was strikingly different to everything else we looked at. The period building, its prominent frontage and impressive interior, represents what we're about and gives our clients and staff the desired impression and great working environment. We're excited about our imminent move and look forward to filling the space as the company continues to grow this year."

WHR Property Consultants and Edwards & Co are joint agents on 61 Oxford Street.
