Bruntwood signs three to Furness House

Bruntwood has completed letting deals at Furness House in Salford Quays, totalling 3,750 sq ft.

Centric Wealth Management, a financial management company, has taken 880 sq ft, Environmental Services Design, a building services advisory has taken 1,700 sq ft and First Acturial, a pension services advisory has taken 1,170 sq ft.

Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.

John Eccles, director of Environmental Services Design, said: "Bruntwood were more than helpful in accommodating our requirements in an office that was both cost effective and already fitted out to a high quality."

Meanwhile, Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP is expanding its office space at Bruntwood's City Tower in Piccadilly Plaza.

The law firm will sub-let 612 sq ft on the twenty seventh floor from Sheppard Robson Architects. Drivers Jonas Deloitte acted on behalf of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP.

Bruntwood own over 90 office buildings, located throughout Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
