Bruntwood signs Kingsley in Liverpool
The Manchester-based commercial property group has completed a small letting at the The Plaza in Old Hall Street, Liverpool city centre.
Property recruitment company Caroline Kingsley Holdings has agreed to lease 1,317 sq ft at the refurbished office building for an undisclosed rent.
Caroline Kingsley, director, said: "Kingsley Associates are delighted to join Bruntwood at The Plaza. The customer service team are both welcoming and accommodating; ensuring the transition of our expanding recruitment consultancy was as smooth as possible."
Elsewhere, Bruntwood has also signed video production company Paintbox Art Media to the Grade 2-listed Queen Insurance Buildings on Castle Street and Dale Street in Liverpool city centre. Details of the rent agreed was not disclosed.
