Bruntwood has secured two further tenants at its large office complex next to the River Irwell and said it makes it 'Manchester's most popular office scheme to date in 2012.'
OBS Group, a procurement outsourcing consultancy, has taken 2,285 sq ft and Target Marketing Solutions, specialising in debt management, has taken 5,683 sq ft.
Bruntwood spent £5m refurbishing the 140,000 sq ft complex including two new reception areas, public realm, landscaping and an upgrade on the floor space across the five buildings.
A spokesman for Bruntwood said: "Riverside is Manchester city centre's best performing commercial property in terms of new office lettings with 33,472 sq ft of space agreed to date in 2012, equating to 11% of the city centre take up."
Money Plus Group took 21,500 sq ft at Riverside in May, the largest city centre deal of 2012.
Letting agents are OBI, Lambert Smith Hampton and Jones Lang LaSalle. Quoting rents are £15.50/sq ft. The building is 80% let.
