Bruntwood makes senior hire from Regus

Phil Kemp, managing director of formats at Regus, the international serviced office operator, joins the Manchester-headquartered family-owned commercial developer as chief commercial officer to “support the company’s ambitious growth plans in the coming years.”

Bruntwood said in a statement released at the weekend “Kemp will be responsible for further developing the customer proposition, marketing, sales and digital activity for the company.”

Before joining Regus in September 2012, Kemp spent 14 years at Nokia, with spells in New Zealand and China.
