The £2m development of the Grade-II listed 1 Dale Street in Liverpool city centre has been completed by Bruntwood.
1 Dale Street has offices from 950 sq ft to 23,750 sq ft.
A new reception and entrance has been added at 1 Dale Street, which opens out directly onto Exchange Flags.
Mark Worthington, at retained agent for the building, CB Richard Ellis, said: "1 Dale Street provides some of the most individual offices in the city centre and because of this, we've already had some strong interest in the offices at the building."
Colin Forshaw, a sales surveyor at Bruntwood, said: "Completing 1 Dale Street means we can provide our customers with more flexibility to move throughout our portfolio if their business needs change. Last year we helped over 50 customers cost efficiently up or downsize their office space, within the terms of their one lease."
1 Dale Street is Bruntwood's eleventh building in Liverpool and takes its portfolio to 870,000 sq ft.
