Bruntwood completes its first Bootle scheme

Office developer Bruntwood has completed the refurbishment of St Hugh's in Bootle, North Liverpool.

The 48,000 sq ft, six-storey building on Stanley Road has undergone £3.6m of work externally and internally, including a new reception.

Colin Forshaw, Bruntwood's head of sales in Liverpool, said: "The quality of the offices at St Hugh's rivals many city centre alternatives but offers greater value for money. The building has been designed to cater for businesses with between 1 and 500 people, so will accommodate a variety of office requirements."

Bruntwood has become one of Liverpool's dominant landlords with buildings in its portfolio including The Plaza and Cotton Exchange/Cotton House on Old Hall Street and No 1 Dale Street.
