Bruntwood adds four in Sale

Office specialist Bruntwood has completed lettings with four new tenants across its three office buildings in Sale in deals totaling 45,235 sq ft.
At Sale Point, debt management company Harrington Brooks, took 16,375 sq ft and Trafford Housing Trust 21,110 sq ft. Telemarketing firm TBO Services has leased 4,600 sq ft at Marsland House. Shortcuts, which provides salon and spa software, has signed for 3,150 sq ft at Dalton House.
Andrew Butterworth, sales director at Bruntwood, said: "These deals highlight the variety of space we have on offer throughout Sale as well as our ability to successfully meet our customers' requirements.
Bruntwood owns more than 90 office buildings in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
