Bruntwood adds five on Portland Street

Office landlord Bruntwood has reported 12,200 sq ft of office deals with five tenants at Portland Tower in Manchester city centre.

Newcomers to the landmark building are Affinity Assurance Management, 4,300 sq ft, Energy Management Services, 1,576 sq ft, BCH Digital, 1,638 sq ft, Carmichael & Co 400 sq ft and iCount Training, 4,300 sq ft.
