Browne Jacobson hires Hamer from Kuits
Browne Jacobson has appointed Paula Hamer as an associate in its commercial real estate team based out of its Manchester office at No1 Spinningfields.
Hamer, who spent three-and-a-half years with fellow Manchester law firm Kuits in its property team as a senior associate, will work alongside Brown Jacobson’s head of property Dominic Buckley and partner Victoria Thourgood.
Hamer has also previously worked for Trowers & Hamlins and at Pannone, both at partner level, covering investments, development, and regeneration. Clients she has worked with in previous roles include Persimmon, Story Homes, and Trafford Housing Trust.
She started her new role earlier this month.
Browne Jacobson, headquartered in Nottingham, launched its Manchester team five years ago. It also has an office in Birmingham.
Buckley said: “This appointment further strengthens our standing in the sector and will enable us to continue supporting our clients in the region and throughout the UK.
“Paula’s public and private sector experience has great synergy with our existing offering, and her wealth of experience across real estate will be a great asset to the firm as we continue to build on our success in the North West.”
