Serviced apartment provider Bridge Street has signed a fresh 10-year lease at developer Grosvenor's Liverpool ONE.
Bridge Street has operated from Liverpool ONE since the retail development opened in 2008, with the new lease signifying a longer-term commitment to the scheme.
Liverpool ONE comprises 78 units of one, two and three-bedroom apartments totaling 58,676 sq ft which are available for short term let. The apartments are situated above Urban Outfitters in Paradise Street.
Miles Dunnett, head of asset management at Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, said: "Bridge Street's commitment to Liverpool ONE highlights our ongoing success as an exemplary mixed-use destination. Bridge Street shares our ethos of providing exceptional customer service and has performed strongly in Liverpool ONE since opening."

Grosvenor and Bridge Street both dealt directly.
