Breezemount UK takes 27,000 sq ft at Opus 9
The Manchester industrial team at Jones Lang LaSalle has let 27,035 sq ft over three units at Warrington's Opus 9 industrial estate to transport and delivery provider Breezemount UK.
Breezemount will pay a headline rent of £5/sq ft.
Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the deal, with B8 Real Estate acting as a joint agent, on behalf of Universities Superannuation Scheme.
Elliam CPS advised Breezemount.
Breezemount, which handles home deliveries for brands including Ikea, has signed a five-year lease on units two, three and four at the site, allowing it to expand into a large single warehouse.
Richard Johnson, associate director industrial and logistics at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "We were confident that the newly refurbished units would let well and attracting one tenant for all three is a great result.
"Breezemount will benefit from quality refurbished space located a few minutes from the M6/M62 intersection."
