Brammer takes Knutsford office

Brammer, a distributor of industrial maintenance products, is to move to St Ann's House in King Street, Knutsford town centre.

Brammer agreed a ten-year lease on 6,700 sq ft of office accommodation. As part of the deal, the building will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment. Brammer is currently based in Wythenshawe. The new office is an expansion in addition to the Wythenshawe base.

David Laws of Matthews & Goodman acted for the building's owners. He said: "Knutsford continues to be a popular destination and this deal provides a significant level of continued investment into the town. St Ann's House is an ideal location to take advantage of the town's many leisure and retail amenities and we are delighted that Brammer has chosen St Ann's House as their new regional office."

Charles Williams of Williams Commercial advised Brammer.
