Brakes sign up for 16,000 sq ft at Gemini

Food service provider Brakes Group has signed a short-term lease on a 16,344 sq ft unit on the Gemini Business Park in Warrington.

The industrial team at Dunlop Heywood's Manchester office advised Steinhoff UK Group Property on the letting of Unit 4, Taurus Park.

Dunlop Heywood associate director Steve Brittle said: "It's no surprise that Taurus Park is continuing to be popular, as occupiers will always seek high quality accommodation with excellent transport links. Taurus Park ticks all the boxes."
