Braidwater sells residential portfolio to LMH

Northern Ireland-based developer Braidwater, which was active in Liverpool before the crash, has sold 51 residential units off Great Homer Street to Liverpool Mutual Homes for £5.15m.

Poets Park between Dryden Street and Wilbraham Street in North Liverpool contains a mix of townhouses and apartments and was completed in 2008. The development is next to the site reserved by the council for St Modwen's £150m Project Jennifer, anchored by Sainsbury's and due on site in spring 2013.

Liverpool Mutual Homes recently started work in the area on £40m of improvements to 4,200 properties on routes through the city leading north to Everton FC and Liverpool FC stadiums, Aintree Racecourse, the Docks and Liverpool Waters.
