Braemar wins Alexandra contract

Braemar Estates has been appointed to manage Alexandra Tower in Liverpool's Princes Dock. The building contains 200 flats and the head office of the Innovation Group on the ground floor.

Braemar Estates now manages a portfolio of approximately 3,400 residential properties with a combined worth of £650m.

The firm has also strengthened its team with the appointment of a new commercial manager, Robert Dean. He will be responsible for block management business development and the growth of Braemar's facilities management department.

Marc Duschenes, CEO of Braemar Group, based in Hale, said: "Robert is a great addition to the team and brings a wealth of experience. As our ground rents fund continues to develop, I expect Braemar's property management business to continue its rapid expansion. We continue to win significant mandates across the north of the country having developed a specialism for managing large developments such as the Beetham portfolio."
