Boyes joins Barclays from RBS
Barclays Corporate has made two appointments at its northern debt finance team.
Associate director Chris Boyes has joined after six years with the structured finance team at Royal Bank of Scotland.
He will be based at the Manchester office reporting to Glenn Clarke.
The bank said he will help lead the origination, structuring and execution of debt transactions in both the corporate and private equity-backed deals.
David Noton will move from his role as relationship director in the North Yorkshire team to the Leeds office.
Wayne Hiley, who heads the team, said: "We continue to make good progress across the North West in strengthening our debt proposition and Chris's experience and enthusiasm will help continue the momentum as we drive our business forward."
