This dedicated one-off conference will explore the urgent need for the city region to finalise its plans and keep development on track.
Experts will debate the ‘plan of nine’ and its chances of success, as well as the impact of the latest housing target methodology handed down from government, and how the levelling up agenda fits with GM’s recovery plan in the context of GMSF.
