Offices + Workspace Update begins with a networking breakfast at 8 am, followed by our first panel: State of the market.

During this panel, we’ll be talking with developers, investors, agents and more about how the office sector is really doing in the North West. We’ll be looking at seeing how offices are tackling sustainability and crafting aspirational spaces where employees want to work. Expect to hear about viability, planning, and investment potential of this sector.

After the panel, we will have another networking break, allowing you to form valuable business connections.

Our second panel of the day is entitled: The future is flex.

Expect a deep dive into coworking and the flex office sector from our panel of experts. They will delve into how these modern office spaces work and when they operate best.

With more and more flex operators and coworking spaces opening in the North West, we’ll also be asking if this is the direction office developers need to be going in and whether or not these spaces are truly what employees want.

Throughout both panel discussions, you will be able to put your questions in front of our stellar lineup of industry experts.

The event will wrap up with lunch and networking.
