- ANDREW BYRNE, CBRE | Led on the repositioning of The Royal Liver Building, delivering a new offering within a city icon. He also acquired over 70,000 sq ft within The Spine for The Royal College of Physicians, and over 70,000 sq ft for Hana within the North West.
- PHIL MAYALL, MUSE | Part of the Wirral Growth Company, a 50:50 joint venture with Wirral Council, with projects in Birkenhead, Bromborough and Moreton.
- STEPHEN WATSON, SEFTON COUNCIL | Projects include the £37.5m Southport town deal, which aims to create over 1,000 new jobs and an additional 1 million visitors per year.
