Bolton office fully let

Gordon Moon Properties' 120 Bark Street, the 60,000 sq ft office building in Bolton town centre, is fully let for the first time since completion in 2008.

The seven-storey block is now home to the Post Office, which took the final 12,500 sq ft, joining law firms Asons, in 17,500 sq ft, and Keoghs, 18,000 sq ft, and serviced office specialist Regus, 12,000 sq ft.

James Gordon, of Gordon Moon Properties, said: "Demand for high quality office space in the town centre is on the increase and filling Bark Street with high end occupiers shows the attraction of Bolton to the professional office market. This is important because it will be the catalyst for improvements to the high street and leisure offer, keeping people in the town rather than doing their shopping and business elsewhere."

CBRE and Lamb & Swift acted on behalf of Gordon Moon Properties; Sanderson Weatherall acted on behalf of the Post Office.
