BNP Paribas leasing surveyor joins GVA

GVA has recruited former BNP Paribas Real Estate associate director Dulcie Bolland as associate in its lease consultancy team in the Manchester office.

Bolland spent seven years at BNP Paribas until the office closed in February this year. She spent the interim months as estates manager at Integrated Dental Holdings, also in Manchester.

GVA has won several large lease consultancy clients in the past 18 months including Ministry of Justice, RBS and First Choice.

Bolland will report to director of lease consultancy, Shawn Ganguly, advising on lease renewals, lease re-gears and rent reviews for retail, industrial and office accommodation across the North West.

Bolland said: "Joining GVA is a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of high profile clients, some of which I have already had the pleasure of working with and I look forward to the opportunity of developing new client relationships."
