BNP Paribas hires in Manchester

BNP Paribas Real Estate's Manchester office has expanded its lease advisory and planning teams with the additions of associate director, Anna Pacini and planner, Justin Cove.

Pacini joins BNP Paribas Real Estate from Jones Lang LaSalle, and will undertake rent reviews and lease renewals for both landlord and tenant clients.

Cove joins the team from DTZ and will expand the office's town planning consultancy service, advising clients in both the public and private sectors.

Dulcie Bolland has also been promoted to associate director with the lease advisory team; Bolland joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2004 and carries out rent reviews and lease renewals on industrial and retail properties across the North West.

Andrew Hamilton, head of BNP Paribas Real Estate's Manchester office, said: "We are keen to develop our service provision to ensure that we can provide clients with a full range of property solutions. Both Anna and Justin join us with a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience and these appointments along with the richly deserved promotion of Dulcie will help to facilitate the continued growth of the Manchester office."
