B&M Retail has signed a ten-year lease on a 350,000 sq ft warehouse in Runcorn owned by Logicor, with an option to extend the unit by 100,000 sq ft.
B&M will use the Onyx350 facility to support its existing national distribution network.
Rent at the warehouse is around £4.85/sq ft.
Logicor was advised by Cushman & Wakefield, B8RE, Moriarty & Company and Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co.
