Charlie Williams, of letting agents Berkeley Brown, said: "The south Manchester letting market has remained fairly buoyant and we believe that this is an area which will continue to perform steadily over the coming months. Our recent decision to relocate our offices out of the city centre was in response to the increasing number of enquiries that we are receiving from other companies looking to relocate from Manchester city centre to south Manchester area to avoid congestion and cut overheads."

Matthews & Goodman are the joint letting agents.
