Bluemantle hires new property manager

Cheshire-based developer-investor, Bluemantle, has appointed Rob Bryson as its new head of property management.

Bryson, who previously worked for Workman LLP and has a background in property law, will manage Bluemantle's £150m portfolio of retail, industrial and office properties across the North West.

Mark Caldwell, chief executive of Bluemantle, based in Alderley Edge, said: "Rob's expertise will further strengthen our in-house asset management team and help us drive even more value and income from our investment portfolio whilst we work on delivering our development pipeline, all as part of our long-term commitment to the region."
