Bluemantle draws up 13-acre masterplan for Macclesfield

Alderley Edge-based Bluemantle has put together a masterplan for a 13-acre development near Macclesfield, Cheshire.

The project will include a combination of residential, office and public uses at the site in Disley, located off Redhouse Lane, with planning due to be submitted to Macclesfield council soon.

Manufacturers Fibrestar and Harcostar are current occupiers of the site.

This latest development follows the recent news of Bluemantle gaining planning permission for its 14-acre Church Wharf joint venture with Ask Developments in Bolton town centre.

Bluemantle is being advised by Manchester-based HOW Planning on the Macclesfield masterplan proposals.
