Bluefield lets Cheshire depot

Bluefield Land has let a 2.71-acre depot site on Booth Lane in Sandbach, Cheshire, to HW Martin (Plant).
The plant maintenance company has taken a six-month rolling lease on the site which contains warehouse, office and maintenance buildings at an annual rent of £52,000.
Steve Brittle, associate director of Atisreal's industrial agency in Manchester, advising Bluefield, commented: "HW Martin has secured an ideal site for their operations with adequate yard and storage space for their vehicles. The close proximity to the motorway will enable them to easily access the motorway and operate to maximum efficiency."
