Blayze Group comes to Manchester

Blayze IIP LogoBlayze Group, a leading Recruitment Consultancy in the Real Estate sector, is building upon their success with the opening of a new office in Manchester to help meet the growing demand for Real Estate professionals across the North West.

Blayze Group’s expansion to the North West comes after more than a decade of growth at its London headquarters where it counts most of the leading residential and commercial developers, construction firms and real estate consultancies among its client base.

With a growing number of clients having a substantial regional presence in the North West and with the rapid pace of economic development in the region, Blayze Group felt a presence in the area was the logical response.

Blayze Group takes a unique consultative approach to recruiting and prides itself on taking time to really understand their client’s business, culture and strategic direction. As clients testify, this truly consultative approach is the most successful way to provide the highest quality, retainable talent.

“Over the last the 12 months Blayze Group has worked in partnership with us to support an aggressive recruitment campaign. Blayze Group has clearly understood our ambitions and ethos sourcing motivated and high performing candidates to meet key strategic roles within our team.”

As well as Search and Selection services, Blayze Group offers a number of training, talent management and mentoring services. These bespoke services are specifically designed to improve attrition rates and have real bottom line impact.

For example, when Blayze Group began working with one client their attrition rate was 38% but after implementing our Talent Programmes these rates have reduced to 5%.

Harvey Gretton, Blayze Group MD, said: “The new Manchester office is a strong strategic location to manage and grow our client base across the Northern region. The North West is a vibrant economic region and Manchester was the obvious choice for the new Blayze Group office. We were attracted by the talent, expertise and market opportunity that the city offers.”

The new King Street office will be staffed by an experienced management team and consultants, and will be headed up by Laura Padgett who joins Blayze Group as an Associate Director.

Laura Padgett, Associate Director, Blayze Group Manchester, said: “What an exciting time to be in the North West! Having had great success in London and the South, we are delighted to be offering our unique, consultative recruitment services to the northern market. Whether you are looking for new talent or trying to develop and retain your own talent, Blayze Group has solutions to help.”
