Blankstone Sington relocates to Exchange Flags

Blankstone Sington has taken approximately 10,000 sq ft on the top floor of Walker House at UK Land & Property and Pochin's Exchange Flags in Liverpool city centre.

The stockbroker and investment management firm will join existing occupiers Brabners Chaffe Street, Regus and Deloittes at Exchange Flags.

Ian Sherry, development director of UK Land & Property, said: "Blankstone Sington's choice to relocate here is testament to the significant investment we have made over the last two years and perfectly complements the profile of our existing occupiers. Despite a challenging economic climate, Exchange Flags is still welcoming new high profile businesses who want an exceptional address and office environment to match."

David Porter, joint managing partner at Knight Frank, joint agents for the scheme with Keppie Massie, added: "This is great news for Walker House and underlines the impressive tenant profile there is at The Flags. From the high level of interest we have had from potential occupiers, we are confident the list of tenants will increase over the coming months."

Blankstone Sington is relocating from Duke Street in Liverpool city centre and is occupying the space which digital marketing company, Hasgrove, were in advance talks over in October last year.

Keppie Massie and Knight Frank represented UK Land & Property and CBRE acted on behalf of Blankstone Sington.
